Bharti AXA Life: Celebrating Performance
A series of appreciation certificates designed to recognise achievement through energy, movement and colour.
Firefly created a set of employee recognition certificates for Bharti AXA Life. The aim was to move away from the usual formal certificate and create something more energetic and memorable.
Powerful sports photographs became the main visual idea. Each image captured focus, effort and the drive to perform. The black-and-white treatment gave the photographs strength without competing with the certificate details.
Bright colour fields helped separate the recognition section from the main image. Yellow, blue, green and lavender created distinct options within one clear design system. A fine floral pattern and script typography added warmth and a sense of occasion.
The design balanced performance with appreciation. It felt formal enough for corporate recognition, yet personal enough to be displayed and valued by the recipient.
