SAMS needed an identity for stress management workshops conducted by a spiritual teacher in India and the United States. It had to feel calm and human without becoming religious, decorative or culturally limited.
The symbol brings two open hands around a bright circular centre. It suggests care, guidance and a protected space for personal change. Small spiral details add a sense of inward thought and continued movement.
Yellow brings warmth and hope, while earthy brown keeps the identity grounded. Black-and-white photography and generous white space form the wider visual system, with colour used only as a restrained accent. The identity was extended across business cards, letterheads and envelopes, creating a clear and consistent presence for SAMS and its workshops.
